All orders are custom-made on demand. Each photograph or artwork is printed and framed according to your preferences in terms of size and frame choice. As a result, we regret we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

After 24 hours of placing your initial order, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to orders. Please reach out to the support team as soon as possible if you think something went wrong during your order. If for any reason your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know and we will repair or replace the artwork. Use the support link below.

FRAMING Fine art prints and photography should be protected when displayed which is why we offer complimentary custom framing on all of our pieces for U.S. customers.

Our premium hardwood frames are available in black or white wood. Each frame is handcrafted with a sheet of UV-blocking acrylic glass and comes with easy-hanging hardware, so your artwork is ready to hang and enjoy as soon as it arrives.

PRINTING

Each museum-quality Giclee Fine Art Print is part of our Premier collection and is available as an open edition for a limited time. Printed on heavy matte, artist-grade, acid-free 300gsm (grams per square meter) photo paper using archival inks, each piece of artwork is made to order just for you.

Print sizing refers to unframed artwork only in inches below:

• Small — Image Size: 16 x 20
• Medium — Image Size: 20 x 30
• Large — Image Size: 24 x 36
• X-Large — Image Size: 30 x 40
• XX-Large — Image Size: 40 x 60
  
  Prints come with a 1-inch mat board border and are framed in our Classic Frame Sizes

Shipping is always Free. Due to extremely high demand, expect each piece to take between 2 to 3 weeks to print, mount, frame, and arrive. In addtion to your order confirmation e-mail, you'll receive a tracking number and confirmation e-mail from us as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on things.
